Filete de Dorado servido con arroz y vegetales.  Preparamos el Dorado de tres maneras diferentes:

Fresh Mahi-Mahi served with steamed rice and vegetables. We prepare the Mahi-Mahi

three different ways:

          * Con una salsa clásica de vino blanco con ajo, alcaparras y limón

            With a classic white wine sauce with garlic, capers and lemon

 

         * Con una salsa de coco y mango con jengibre y zacate de limón

            With a coconut mango salsa with ginger and lemon grass

 

          * Papilote: al vapor en papel de aluminio con albahaca fresca, tomate, ajo, vino

            blanco y limón

            Papilote: steamed in aluminum foil with fresh basil, tomato, garlic, white wine

            and lemon.

 

Camarones Con Vino Blanco (Tiger Shrimp with White Wine Sauce)              7000

Camarones salteados en aceite de oliva, vino blanco, y alcaparras, servidos con arroz

blanco y vegetales.

Tiger shrimps sautéed in olive oil, garlic, white wine, and capers, served with steamed

rice and vegetables.

 

Filet de Atún con Salsa de Jengibre (Seared Tuna with Ginger Sauce)             6700

Atún condimentado con especias mixtas y cocinado término medio, servido con una

salsa agridulce de jengibre y vegetales.

Ahi Tuna seasoned with cajun spices and seared medium rare, served with a ginger sweet

and sour sauce, and sautéed vegetables

Pasta de Mariscos (Seafood Pasta with Saffron Sauce)                                   6000

Atún, dorado, almejas, calamar, y camarones, servido sobre una deliciosa salsa de

azafrán, pasta tipo “penne” y tostadas con ajo.

Ahi tuna, mahi-mahi, shrimp, and clams, served with a fresh saffron sauce, penne

pasta and garlic toast.

Ceviche

Esta` hecho de jugo de limón, culantro, cebolla, pepino y un toque de mango. Luego es cubierto con guacamole y servido con tortillitas fritas de maíz

Made with lime juice, cilantro, onion, cucumber and a touch of mango.   Then it is topped with guacamole and served with corn chips
